Yep, I can give you a cure for it in two steps:
(1) read the ingredients list ... if you can't pronounce it, how can it be good for you, let alone edible? (2) see pic (the fat guy on the scooter is me at 300 pounds ... after eating too many carbs, calopies and fat for too many years. I actually out weighed the scooter by 20 pounds) |

If it helps any, when I was your age I was 165 pounds, but too much of too good of food and I was at 210 a year later.
