Can you sit in it while you are driving it? If the answer is no then it is a toy unless you are 4 years old.
I've seen your pics of it before and I like it and if you can't tell I'm envious of it and the wrangler.

Those are 5" x 2.5" tires. Do you mean 4" wide tires?
When i first had it setup on another drivetrain, i had 7" tall tires on it (7x3). They didn't rub much but were HEAVY. Looks better though.
