A huge snowfall
When you make/fix something and it works on the first try
Shutting the TV off when a reality show comes on
Throwing back a nice cold beer after a great day on the trails with your best friends

Getting my haircut by my wife who's done it for almost 32 years.
Fabricating something I need out of stuff totally unrelated to the project ( example: I needed to lift a 4KW generator into my pickup by myself and since I'm not built like Blue, I used a leg from a trampoline, a steel gatepost, a clutch throwout bearing from an XJ, a muffler clamp, some assorted used bolts, nuts and a 3/8" "J" hook, some scrap 1/4 X 5/8 steel strap, my buzzbox welder, and a few 6013 welding rod. So far, a 500 pound test load didn't break it.)
Sorting thru some $1200 worth of tools and toolboxes I inherited from the passing of my best friend and wondering why he kept bringing his stuff to me to fix . . . .

When I wake in the morning and have a few brief moments with no body aches and pains, priceless.

Jeffrey Matthews, a blind photograher
I love watching my dogs play,
Setting in the back yard swing doing nothing,
Fishing, building things, classic rock & folk music,
Plenty of other things

Those are some good pictures... how does he have such a good "eye" for the photos if he can't see - or did I miss something?? Not trying to be offense, but I am intrigued by how he does this.

He has one glasseye and very poor vision in the other. He can see shapes some but it still amazes me how he does it. His wife helps him a lot with setting up the poses.
