She started as a innocent 1996 stocker from california W96k miles with zero rust and made her way to this. She is the ultimate trail machine and can score a 1500 on a 30* R.T.I. ramp w/ a wheelbase of 104''. where to start....... FRONT AXLE Dana 44 w/ 5.13 Yukon gears. Alloy shafts inner and outer. HD u joints. Ox locker. new cross drilled rotors w/ yellow stuff brake pads. custom high steer kit w. 1 1/4 solid round bar. same for the drag link......... REAR AXLE Dana 44 w/ 5.13 Yukon gears, alloy shafts, Detroit locker. ........DRIVE SHAFTS front is a 60* bad boy junior from the drive shaft super store. Has 2 ton U joints. The rear is a heavy wall w/ 1330 u joints........ TRANSFER CASE STAK monster box 3 speed w/ 3.88 and 5.44 low ranges. she has a 80-1 crawl ratio in ultra low. The tranny has about 6 k miles on it w/ tranny coolers w/ fans, a converter lock out and AW4 shifting electronic manual shifter. The engine has less than 1K miles on it. has 98+intake manifold 53 mm throttle body, throttle body spacer, borla header 2 1/2 '' exhaust w/ high flow cat and magnaflow muffler,stainless snorkel, MSD coil, Larger injectors, hottest plugs possible and a stage 2 jet chip( the turbo was removed for a GC 5.9 project ). SUSPENSION 10'' custom front long arm w/ rock crawler coils, bilstien 5150 14'' travel shocks johnny joints. REAR custom triangulated 4 link w/ bilstien 5100 14'' travel shocks. Rear shock hoop. TIRES 37/13.5/15 boggers custom siped (awesome on rocks) the wheels are 12'' A.R. black steel wagon wheels. All custom tube fenders. rhino lined floor. 4 air craft landing lights (100 watt) 6 kc day lighters (150 watt) at night you might think your driving through a ball park!! you can look at all the pics in my albums.
