Finally upgraded!
Although the tires weren't exactly as meaty as I wanted but I got a great deal on them so I figured what the heck.
Stock 5 spoke steelies with 31-10.50 Goodyears.

Looks good, I ran 31" goodyears on the same wheels for a while when I first got my XJ. Then it was all down hill from there.

Yeah.......I understand that. For right now though, while I'm still going to college it'll stay like this. The Wrangler rts only had 1000 (or so) miles on them , so for $200 I couldn't pass up the deal. Very happy with the way it turned out. My buddies have all said Jeep should've made them this way from the factory, haha.

THANKS! I love the new stance of it. I played in a little bit of mud today for the first time in her, I've wanted to so bad, but those bald 235s just weren't gonna cut it. Here's another pic for you guys!

ahhh......maybe someday. But no time soon will it look like that.
Damn it all, had a brake caliper pin break on me yesterday. Should've taken pics of how I fixed it.
The pin was broke clean off, so I tried everything from drilling a small hole and using an alan wrench, to an easy out and couldn't get the darn piece out.
I ended up drilling out the broken pin, finding a longer 5/16 bolt and welding a nut to the inside of the assembly.
After I did that I realized that the sleeve for the caliper was now going to be too long, so I used the chop saw to take the width of the new nut off.
Seems to be working great so far.
Gotta love shop ingenuity!
