lookin' good frame tie-ins were a damn good idea if you ever think you might need to pull from the bumper. winch plans at all?

A guy I know from CoJeeps.net built this for me. He does all kinds of stuff.

And yes a winch is somewhere in the future so thats why I went with this bumper.

Its alot easier to have the bumper in place and add the winch a little bit in the future.

i have a superwinch 10k that's 15 years old, been used on a plate to go into a 2" reciever mounted to my flatbed to pull stuff onto it. easy as hell to rebuild when necessary and really durable. Warn is pricey but pretty good, same with Smittybilt.

I beat and abused a milemarker 9k for 4 years. It went through two motors but it kept on ticking.

I now run a XRC8 and it's been great. I pulled out a 1500 ram out of a snow bank last winter. $300 is a heckuva price too.

I ran a milemarker. (8k i think it was) lasted about 2 pulls then it craped out... sent it back and bought a warn... works like a champ... as long as you have the battery juice to operate it. (I highly suggest a optima battery to go along with the winch.)
