His name is James Carrol, he does custom fab work and built it himself. Custom 4links, 42in Iroks and lots of flex. Here is a video of it in action. He had just made some change to the suspension and was shaking it down.

oh man its hella fun! the trails last alot longer, more hills which i like better, more freedom, definitly better than dresser IMO
