cat rattles and shakes
my cat started to rattle the other day ike its full of something. let it be for a while and now my check engine light is on. could it just be my o2 sensor?? sometimes if i drive before i let it warm up the cat will shake pretty bad any info is great thanks

sounds like you broke your cat ... its common actually ... depending on where you are you have 2 options .... cut it out and straight pipe it OR cut it out and replace it with a new one

Time for a new cat mine got so bad jeep hardly would even run had to punch holes in it to get to the exhaust shop for replacement

Hey ya might want to do something with it soon, because the rattle will put just enough stress on your Exhaust Manifold to cause a crack at the collector!
This is what happened to me...

yeah im thinkin about just cutting it out but i dont want it to sound like crap. any suggestions on glass packs or different mufflers??
