Default Fuel Injectors not pulsing

I battled a "no spark" problem out of the coil and finally got some juice coming out of the coil to the dizzy. Now I am not getting any electricity to the injectors. I have fuel pressure but the injectors are not firing. It will run off of ether. Any ideas?

CPS (crankshaft position sensor)

You can sometimes get it to work by unpluging it and plugging it back together.

If that doesn't work replace it.

I replaced the CPS, it test out good. I have two known good ECM's that I've tried too.
