i got a 96 xj 4.0 with 204,000+ I'm running 10w-40 i live in Florida and it has been 40-55degrees here for the last week and i notice that my oil pressure has been 60+ in guessing it goes by PSI ? so what should a normal oil pressure be ?

mine runs 40-60 psi when warm and I have no problems at 256k miles. I would only be worried if you have low pressure at this point. I am sure that if you ran 10/30 it would drop a little if you are really worried about it.

Mine runs around 50 to 60 also.

thicker oil in colder temps gives higher oil pressure. Don't worry about it. It will be 70 degrees next week where you are. Windchill today was -10 here in montana. Your rig will do funny things in the cold, sometimes they will drive on their own.
