Default part time/full time dash lights

91 xj non vaccum dana 30
Shifts in to part, full and low no problem
The dash lights worked fine the first year i had it but now for the past year they really dont work. Maybe like 5 times ive look at dash and the lights been on or if I hit a bump it might flash. Assuming a wire is lose where should I look besides right there at the light blub?

Pull the dash and check your wiring, sounds like you have a loose connection.

I would clean all of the connections going into your instrument panel while you are back there.
