It could just be a faulty Fuel Pressure Regulator.

Does or Fuel pump run at all?
Have you tried swapping-out your Fuel Pump Relay?

I know nothing about the Renix...
What is the purpose of the Ballast Resistor?

Drop $120 on a Fuel Pump???

Could the Fump just be clogged up from sitting for so long, it ran fine before you "stored" it?

What else could keep the Fuel Pump from working?
Fuel Pump Relay?
Ballast Resistor?

Is there any advice out there?

Was the vehicle running when you were checking for pressure? The renix motors are tough to check because there will be no pressure in the fuel lines when it is not running. Does the vehicle still run, or is hit hard to keep it going?
