In your opinion what is the best XJ lift kit manufacture out there? What makes it the best?

That may be the case but this thread is dedicated to kits. Ex - RE/RC/Rustys etc.

For people who dont know my personal prefrence is RE because of their quality. Their kits come with nearly everything you need and mine has held up through quite a bit of torture with no fault. A decent price aswell.

No such thing. Different things are important to different people.
RE makes a great product though....

Rubicon Express is the top of the heap IMO.

What leads you to that conclusion?

Polyperformance. Their kit(s) requires a little more assembly than most, though.

I kinda like Rock Krawler, they have everything (except shocks) and flex like there is no tommorow

Based on my experiences with many different lift kits, Old man emu tops my list Skyjacker takes 2nd and Rough Country comes in 3rd. I used to LOVE Nth Degree Mobility but they are no longer around. Their kits were simply AWESOME, maybe even better than RE's because they address EVERY single issue regarding lifting a jeep.
I can't comment on RE because i have no experience with their kits but based on forum feedback, they are hands down #1.

I only have had experience with two kits. One for my 1983 Chevy Truck, 4" lift that was about $250, I think it was Ranchero.
And now the Rough Country 4.5" lift. It too had everything needed to do the lift, plus great customer service. The only thing I don't like about it is my fault. I bought add a leaf to keep the price down. I didn't want to but I didn't have the cash to get the replacement leafs. I will be buying replacement FULL leaf packs from RC pretty soon.
I've been running the lift for little over a year now, love it.
Other than the leaf packs, I am planning on getting the upper control arms, and possibly the drop brackets, all from RC.
