When i went to bed on thursday i wasnt really expectin much, but when i went to turn my xj on friday mornin i was greeted with this:

4 freakin flats, now im stuck rollin stock zj wheels n tries. Lil bastard who did it is gonna get a sweet ass kickin when i see him.

He is a lil kid that lives in my buildin. Ive told him about having his friends over to his house n lettin them do what they want. My residents have complained about him and his friends. I've told him they are on private property and the have to leave due to them bein a problematic. Plus his mom is never around so he does what he wants. He is already bein watched by on of the police officers who lives next to him so i sort of have him under survalance. Now all i need is a camera for my buildin to keep tabs on ppl.

slashed, left the box cutter blade in the one tire. yea i know for bein a lil biatch he has to do stuff like that. he's on my hit list for some time now, n slowly movin up that list. as for ppl doin stuff like this, its cuz the town i live in thats how they do stuff. its stupid that they cant be real about it. his mom has been told n she denies any of it but she is never home so ima have to give dyfus a call n change some things around. looks like ima have to be an ass about the whole ordeal.

That sucks I would be pissed off. Nothing makes me more angry then when someone messes with, steals, or ruins something that someone worked to pay for.

Have you got eviction authority?

Vandalising private property by a resident is often a legal reason for eviction. Just borrow or buy a surveillance setup (even a web cam on a PC) and record stuff for a while ... and you don't have to tell the residents a thing.

I'm a bit peeved about this punk and it's not even my car.
Don't mess with someone's rig, dude. especially the tires. I'd have some words with him if it was my XJ, even though my tires cost about the same as a tank of gas. Even if he denies it, tell him you gave your cop friend the box cutter to pull prints off, or you had a camera or something. I don't tolerate people messing with my car.

Damn man, sorry to see that. Do know any cops? Maybe have the authorities come and question him and maybe he will break and admit to it.

If not I would catch his little ass and make him piss himself.

yea actually his neighbor is a cop in my town, i was talkin to him today when the lil punk came out n he litteraly crapped his pants n when i told my tenant that i had the box cutter blade that was left in my tire when it was slashed. the kid basically ran as if his house was on fire. i think he got scared and the guy told me not to worry that he's gonna see what he can do. not much i can do since its vandalism but if i catch the person who did it, i can press charges n make him or his mom pay for the damages. plus i can get them evicted out of my buildin since they have been warned of other things.
