Coil spacer and a bastard pack from your old leaves will work great. Bar pin eliminators may give you enough length for the additional lift. If not there are several options for longer shocks in all price ranges.

Thank you very much. Please explain what a Bar pin eliminator is. Terminology in South Africa is quiet different to yours, sorry man

Yip there are some options when it comes to shocks, but all in the 5k upwards bracket, looking at the exchange rate

If you go up any more, you will have to use new shocks. That is just the way it is. And yes, add a leaf will work on the rear as will spacers in the front

Thanks 4.3 XJ. Wanted to go for amada extreme Shocks then someone told my they were crap and told me to rather go for Rubicon Shocks. So I'll go for them at R6500, around $464.

Default what did you do to your xj/zj/wj today?

Got all the snow and ice off this of it. The high today was 23 with winds at 25 mph. Low of 17 tonight with a high of 30 on Monday. Back in the high 60s on Thursday. Power was off for about 3 hours and man was it cold.

Well the passenger side fender is roughed in! Man I am not a body man.

I added this so you could get an idea of what's going on.

Went out to start the Yeti today only to diagnose another bad CKPS. The second one in six months.I also found that some of my tools are missing to be able to fix it. Fifty bucks later, I have the tools and now wondering if I should wait until I can get a better sensor... I have a wells thats about to go in. El cheapo is in there now...

What is the consensus on which brand is the closest to OEM? Omix-Ada?
