I did not start out to tear this one down. Im just never happy I always have to redo everything two or three times and in the process I see other stuff I need to fix. But good luck with the Scout.

Also I am pulling the leafs back apart to clean and paint and add some fricton pads. So I was wondering what brands and where to gget some good anti friction graphite paint?

I got a problem!!! I went to take my shackles out today and the pass. sides bolt took alot of work then it started coming out fine, then out of the blue it just started spinning and I can see the metal bushing in the middle of the rubber turning with the bolt!!!! WTF! it was coming out so it does not seem like it is seized in the bushing and I also really didn't want to cut it out cause of it being in the frame!! What should I do??

Here are some current pics with some of the front clip parts repaired and primed and the 8.25 looking good and ready for the disc brakes and Diff cover!

I will be getting these cause my stupid shackle bolts both broke while trying to remove them.

Got pissed at my Pass. shackle bolt and once I was sure all the threads were out I realized it was stuck just in the metal bushing so I just ripped that ***** out.

No harm no foul!
Here is the leafs after a bath and some black graphite paint.

And my good friend gave me this Cobra CB for Free!!! e said it is got some kind of extra stuff on the inside that makes it so you can talk over just about anyone and get better signals and distance, I know next to nothing about them except how to hook them up and use them.

How do you like it? The one he gave me is supposed to have a upgrade from 4 watts to 24 watt Mosfet setup.
