That is a big piece of rectangle tube( 6"x3"x3x16") I used the plasma to cut the ends and then used 3/16" plate to cap it. Than I used some 3/16"sheet to build brackets like these to mount it.

I got the material for very cheap other wise I would have used 1/8". I used 4 1/2" bolts on each side to mount it to the unibody so I can use it to tow and pull. I rattle canned it but I hope to start working with a guy that does blasting and powder coating my tube doors and I want to get him to do my bumpers and axles all so.
I am afraid that I will have to cut the ball joints nuts off to get those knuckles off!!

I got two sheets of sheet metal so I can start fixing the floor board and rust spots on the body before I do the Raptor bedliner on the floor and lower half of the body. So I of course have to make things more difficult by chopping up the rear fenders some more to make more clearance for the 37"s to come. Here are a few pics
Here is what they looked like before

Here is after not complete yet(from the door jam forward needs a few spots welded up) but I stopped here because I was tired.

And one of the front axle again just cause I want to?
