Resized all the photos so they're not sticking off the screen anymore

So this morning on my way to work I'm driving down a hill and all of a sudden my steering wheel is turning all the way both direction but the car isn't turning... So I manage to get my car over to the side of the road and sure enough, the tie rod came off! Apparently I forgot to put a codder-pin in and the nut came off... Anyway, I managed to get another nut and the tie rod tightened back down. But I still didn't have a codder pin, so right now there's 10 pound fishing line through the hole

Fender Surgery
So I finally got some time this weekend to work on my car and I decided to do some fender surgery since I'll be buying new tires soon. I talked with 2000XJ on how he did it and pretty much did it the same way.
I made a bunch of relief cuts and hammered them backwards. You can still see where I cut the relief cuts, but I'm not worried about that since I'm going to put Herculiner on the rear panel.
I decided to just cut the flare on the front completely off. I'm really pleased with how clean it came out.
And the finished product!
Thanks 2000XJ for the advice

Herculiner
So last night I got a chance to put some Herculiner on my car. I started by cleaning all the surfaces, then sanding, and finally by cleaning up the paint dust. I taped off everything and I also decided that I was going to spray some white Rustoleum where I cut the front fenders to keep it from rusting.
I used three coats of Herculiner... Which only came out to one quart... Barely. I also decided to make it a little different by putting in a racing stripe.
 '
I let it dry overnight...
I'm stoked with how it came out... Not sure if I love the racing stripe yet. But oh well, might as well be different. And now to get some new shoes...

The trim job came out awesome Rinkor! The curves in the front fenders look sick, I'm glad it worked out well for ya.

Thanks! I'm pretty happy with how clean it came out... I was worried I would screw it up.

In the garage somewhere... I was thinking about making a custom bumper instead of putting the stock one on.
