Default Ghost hunting while on vacation

Just wondering if anyone has ever even tried to do an EYP work while in any creep places while out wheeling or anything?

We went to a place called Pere Cheney by Grayling Michigan and a few other places and caught some weird crap.......We love going up there on a Halloween trip at night ....we go up and see the colors during the day and then at night we take our jeeps out and go to the spooky spots to see what we can catch......sometimes its nothing but other times it is soo freakin creepy that you would probably piss youself if you actually heard what was on the recorder while you were there lol.

I always make a point of stopping by the Stanley hotel when I go anywhere near Rocky Mountain National Park. The place is awesome and is known to be active.

I think I have heard of that place too at some point.......I love taking my digital recorder out especially to places I have never been to.......there is a lot of places in Michigan......A lot of history here, probably more than most realize.

Ghost Hunters did a show where they spent the night. That episode was down right spooky. The Hotel scenes in the movie Shining were filmed there also.

I've never done anything like that but my old friend was obsessed with ghost hunting. He has all the equipment to locate and play with ghosts but never goes out cuz no one wants to join him.

I would go but due to my malfunctioning ears, I would probably not experience what everyone else does cuz I can't hear the sounds. Half of ghost hunting is sounds and the other half, if you are lucky, are visual.

Yeah, my ears aren't the best either lol....too many hopped up vehicles and too many bombs and gun fire in the military....going on a mission is a lot different than putting ear plugs in while out on the range lol.

I first got into it when we started to have some weird occurances in our townhouse....ie doors shutting and opening by themselves with no windows and stuff open.....we got a recording of a gravely voice saying "Get Out"......freak us out so bad we didn't record for a long time

yeah, when we heard a man's deep voice say "get out" it really freaked me out but it explained a lot......we have since then done some things to get rid of the bad feelings and things in our apartment........no more doors closing and stuff but there is a few things that still go on......we recorded an indian saying what sounds like some sort of chant and a little boy saying "she's gonna hit me!" It was weird! We have gone to other places and let me tell you, it is scary as heck but so intriguing too

Any visuals yet? I see all those ghosts shows on tv but I'm still skeptical cuz I need to see it LIVE in order to believe it.

I can honestly tell you that I have seen very little visual anything when it comes to ghostly stuff.........I don't know why.

I am a huge skeptic and usually try to disprove something before admitting anything.......when we record, there has to be no outside interference unless we can positively identify what it is such as cars going by and such........when I recorded, I was completely alone and no traffic goes by our house and there was no one else in the area.....the voices were clear as a bell and there was no muffled sounds like you might expect if you heard someone through a wall or something and people can tell that it was definetely NOT my own voice lol.......I have been around too much stuff that there is no explaination for to say they do not exists but for me to believe, all of the investigations must show that there could be no outside interference and it has to be clear and not like Ghost Hunters on TV where you can't be quite sure what i tis because the power of suggestion is huge in our world.. I just want to know what it is......is it residual like a tape recorder being rewound? Or is it another realm?, Real spirits that are stuck here for some reason?......those I doubt will be ever answered.....maybe after we die but even then you don't know, all I know is that there are things that are unexplainable....maybe it is radio wave interference or something too?
