Here is a few things bad I know about the place. You don't want to leave your vehicle with no one around it or it my get striped. But we never leave a vehicle unattended. There are people there that like to drink on the trails but we don't allow it. You may see some vehicles that locals may have stollen and burned. Some of the dirt bike riders and ATV riders can get a little stupid. But like I said I have been going there for a lot of years and never had any problem. Most people just want to get along if we even see anyone else.

Those are some cool pics you have there. How long do you usually stay at Wellsville?

We stay any were from 4 to 6 hrs or more. Just depends on how everything is going. We stop for a lunch break on the trail so you need to bring something to chow down.

Bad news for me. Went to the doctor Wed. for back pain and found out I have a ruptured disc in my lower back. Have to see a nero surgeon Sept. 10.

Doc told me to avoid bending, heavy lifting, prolonged sitting but to continue normal activity as much as possible.
??????

But to be safe I don't think I should go off road for a while.

I know some what how that is. I have 4 bad discs in my neck, it even makes my right arm hurt a lot. Thats one reason I haven't been wheeling a lot lately. Some days I can't even turn my head the pain is so bad. I'm going on the 12th but it may be my last time unless they can figure out what to do to make it better. I've been going to the VA clinic for physical therapy for the second time and they loaded me up with some good pain pills. Just hitting bumps when driving hurts, so I'm taking it easy and taking extra pills on this ride.

I plan on going, but I think the 12th is a Saturday, if so, it depends on if I can get off work...if not, I'll probably cruise out there Sat evening and wheel Sunday...

Found out today that I may not need surgery but I have to take it easy and see if the disc will heal on it's own in the next six months.

I know what you mean about the pain. It hurts from my lower back down to my toes. Can't even fart. lol. Doc won't give me painkillers because he is afraid I will injure it further, only over the counter stuff.

I was looking forward to meeting you guys, maybe next time.
