Nice snag on the rims! You can always replace the tires with a matching set at some point.

update long overdue...

im cutting them this weekend, along with putting my white face dash cluster in, rewiring my CB, and fixing my dome light switch on my door. randomly itll start flickering and it drives me ape****. thinking about doorless in the summer so possibly just eliminating them altogether, and using the headlight switch to turn on the interior lights

You can ditch the rear sway bar if you feel comfortable driving without it. It's personal preference but it's not REALLY needed.

Have you decided on a wheel yet? The backspacing of the wheel plays a big role on whether you can fit it or not.

back spacing is the distance between back of the wheel and the mounting pad(where the bolt holes are). With 33x12.5 tires on stock wheels scrubs my leaf springs and the coil springs on the right side. If you want to keep stock wheels you can buy wheel spacers.

The backspacing is the distance from the back side of the contact patch of the wheel to the inner rim. The most common for aftermarket wheels range from 3.5" to 4.5". with a 33x12.50 tire, you'll at LEAST want something less than or equal to 4" otherwise you'll be rubbing on your leaf springs and control arms.

I ended up with a rather large cut in the front, but I don't rub even at full stuff.

Hey guys, sorry I'm late to the party here, also I realise there has already been some slicing done but for future refrencing for anyone who may search this. IT CAN BE DONE!!! If you don't mind your fender flares being wacked off from time to time...
We recently lifted my buddies 99 Sport 3.5" and he didn't have any to put on so I let him use my old Comanches tires. With no trimming what so ever we fit 33x12.5 on rims with 3.75 backspacing under there. I will admit there is no flex at all and the fender flares will be knocked off on harsh roads or bumpy trails.
