I can't understand a word that you typed.
If I'm getting this right, you have 3 right now but want to go 4ish. You do NOT want to cheap out on stuff underneath. This is how people end up royally screwing themselves and their vehicle.
Just find a decent set of used lower control arms and a track bar. It's possible to redrill the track bar hole, but with a stock track bar it puts the upper joint at a crappy angle. If you're going to do it, might as well leave it be a little longer and do it right.

No I don't. Power XJ stuff sucks monkey butt.
And it's not AFTER 3 inches. If you lift it anything more than the factory Up-Country package of one inch, you should ideally change the control arms at the very least.

Hood: no drop in running temp, just a faster cooldown and it saves heat from building up in stop and go traffic. Find a couple nuts about 1/4" wide and get longer bolts that match the thread of the hood bolts and just replace them.

Avoid Rusty's like the plague.
Rough Country is okay, but their kits are often incomplete. If you want to do it right, check out Rubicon Express or Skyjacker. Give BDS a look too.

You won't notice any difference in engine temps but it releases heat from under the hood which helps a little.

if you have a D35, hold off everything until you can swap axles. Otherwise, you'll have a very expensive and oversized toothpick.

Someone on here (I think it was Stamp) posted an axle chart. Look at the diff housing.
And XJ's came with 3 different axles- D44, D35, and Chrysler 8.25
