best seats
hey guys looking to put two five point harness seat in driver and passenger seats...
however I'm about 6 4, 285 pounds so Im looking for seats that will fit my body style..
any big dudes out there that can recommend good seats?

don't buy cheap ones from pep boys my last jeep had them they were to small for me im 6'6 225 plus it had a knob to adjust the back position and it stripped and when i was going down the high way one day it fell all the way back and i almost wrecked so stay away from cheapies

yeah I was gonna put some money in to them, thinken it will be well worth it on those long car dives, and for safety when wheeling..

I appreciate the size issue. I'm 5'10 and 250# (power lifter) So I don't fit seats very well either. One thing I have done is go to a good speed shop and sit in all the seats they have. I have found that there are some types that are just plain uncomfortable, and others I can live with. A few are actually comfortable. If you are wiling to spend money, contact Master Craft. They will make a seat wider for you etc.

willing to spent money, not a arm and a leg..lol how much do u think a custom seat would run? looked at some mastercrafts and just the regular one were the one i was thinken was reasonable pricing

As far as I know, they will build the custom ones for the same price.

Go with suspension seats if you can swing it. Your rear and your back will thank you constantly.

Another trick is to recline the seat. I used to have those fiberglass buckets in a Jeep with stiff springs that I regularly got lots of air with. Reclining supports the back and takes the jarring out of the seat
