i have a 4.5 inch rough country lift. i went ahead and got the full leaf setup instead of the add-a-leaf because of the factory sagging. i also have 2 inch coil spacers and 2 inch leaf blocks.

you trimmed as much as i did...may be a little more...since i have a snorkel...but...i know you bumpstoped correctly...
