Default Sway bar?

This is a real stupid question which I use to know the answer for but cant remember.

What good is disconnecting your sway bar while off roading?

The object of the sway bar is to not let one side of the axle get too much farther away from the body than the other. (resists body roll while on road)

Off road it limits articulation.

Limiting articulation is the big thing, you will also notice a smoother ride while offroad as the axle will be allowed to move more freely.
