I built it meself from 3/16" diamond deck and it has winch, stinger, and is angled same as factory front skid for exellent approach angle. The mounts (3/8" plate) include two of the three factory and then three thru sub-frame bolts (two that reinforce the steering box).
this is the second bumper in pics, as the first one was a temp. bumper while I built the one above LOL

Bastard Pack Built from all but main leaf from another XJ.
3.75" BS
31" BFG AT/KO
this is what it looks like with out 31's
I recently added 1" lift shackles and rebuilt the bastard pack it now sits a little higher in the rear
