Add EU Maps to SRT8 GPS?

Hi I have taken 2 Grand Cherokee SRT to Europe for friends there. They have Sirius Radios and GPS installed. I realize that the Sirius Radios cannot be used, BUT is it possible to add European Maps to the GPS? Right now the GPS show correct Long/Lati but show the cars in Mid Atlantic !? Appreciate any guidance.

What is the GPS unit model #?

I know for example with mine (RB1) they ONLY work in North America (Canada/US/Mexico). There was a different GPS unit installed for EU exports only.

Your best bet is probably to swap the current units out for something aftermarket, and sell the factory units to offset the cost...
