I did a WJ knuckle swap on my XJ with a Dana 30. I replaced both knuckles because the brakes were bigger. I don't see swapping them to a ZJ much different than an XJ. You'll need WJ lower ball joints put in your axle, the uppers are the same, also the flange spacers from JKS. As far as brake rotors went, I used ford explorer sport track rotors, but had to maching the inside hat to fit over the XJ hub bearings.

and thats on one of your current xjs? how does it steer over stock?how is it out wheeling?
where do the jks spacers go?seems like a over the knuckle on a reamed out xj/zj knuckle would be alot simpler. hell or just take the entire wj axle or is it too much differant?

I think the mounts on the WJ axle are located different from a ZJ. I have read of people using WJ steering and brakes on ZJ's just don't remember where. I'll look around and see what I can find.

My steering is much more responsive with the WJ setup. Using inserts and a drag link end from a RHD XJ, I moved the draglink and tie rod OTK. The flange spacers from JKS go between the knuckle and hub bearing so that you can keep your 5 on 4.5 bolt pattern hubs.
