I had a set in my 4.3. They are better than regular plugs, that is better spark, but not as good a Bosch +4 plugs. I took them out ad went back to the +4. One benefit with them is that they will fire when soaked in gas.

i tried a bunch of plugs in my wrangler and my xj and to be honest I've noticed zero difference between them all (performance wise). E3 was the recent ones i test because the guy at autozone swore by them. So i stuck em on and had a weird idle so I took em off and put EKG plugs back in and it's fine. I dunno why they didn't work well.

Mud
They might work better now that you have changed your injectors. My theory on that is that the four nozzle injectors give you a more even mixture. I think the stock motor has to have a slow burn to get everything burned due to uneven mixture.

OK, here's my Dollar/$2.98.
AMC usually used Champion plugs as did Mopar (when not installing the Champion made factory brand) and in some 40+ years, I've never had but one plug related failure: a set of plugs for a 225 Slant Six I bought at a discount store that turned out to be seconds (aka QA discards) and all the ceramic to metal seals blew out (8.2:1 CR).
So, when I got my XJ, it had Bosch +4's and missed like mad. I installed the correct Champions and it's been running sweet with 15.5 -16.5 mpg around town.

I agree with Budd. I've tried many things over the years in many vehicles. The difference has been minimal at best, and probably nothing 99.99% of the time. The only noticeable difference I can tell you that I've definitely noticed is how much "Fancy" plugs take out of my wallet vs. traditional plugs. No performance gain though.
If you really want to know what plugs are best, just find out what type of plug Ferrari, Porsche, Mercedes, BMW, GM, Chrysler, etc. put in their top end performance vehicles. They spend a lot of time and money on research, so you can bet they're using whatever is truly the best.

the champs i used in my xj are crap.. (maybe 1200 miles on new motor) only reason i went with the champs at the time was because i spent more money than expected on other parts... now that i can use a dyno whenever i want i might get some bosch +4, e3's and a factory set. just to see if anything is differnt in numbers... i dont think it will be much, if any at all... but i tryed all kinds of plugs in my mustang... bosch, autolite, ac, motorcraft.... and many more. the e3 never gave any problems.... the autolites did good also..... but like i said. it did best with the e3..... i didnt like the e3 price tag tho. i loved the price of the champion's i got this last time, just over a buck but.... you get what you pay for.

I've been running the Bosch and no problems.
I seen the Accel plugs and wondered if they would make much of a difference but they are really expensive. I might try them when I hook up the MSD ignition.

I run E3's and have not had any problems at all. I did notice an improvement in idle and acceleration. I have had the same set in my jeep for about 2 yrs. From my understanding, they are a long life plug with a 6 yr warranty.
