I did a search on Google just now ... and came up with about two dozen scam alerts on these plugs.

Folks,

A long time ago, one of my favorite early Sci Fi authors, Robert Heinlein, came up with an acronym: "TANSTAAFL" There Ain't No Such Thing As A Free Lunch. (I quit reading him when he got too political and began advocating incest)

When I read "dyno proven" I get suspicious real fast, thanks to dyno claims on such things as K$N airfilters (one test, Car Craft Magazine, claimed some 12 Hp for a K$N drop in filter but failed to mention the cat back exhaust, the headers and a reprogrammed F.I. compuuter) and spark plugs, among others.

ya forgot to add quotes around dybo proven.
I saw a while back they used them on horsepower on spike an did a before and after on a vette an "added" somthing like 26hp an 29ftlbs.
I don't believe they are a screw in 20HP average
But hell at 25$ each they better do some damn good.

i put the E3 plugs in my jeep saturday. other than it idles smother i dont notice much.. when i put them in my mustang i noticed alot..... then again i still cant find the problem with my jeep and its hard starting issue.... maybe this has something to do with my mph being bad and it pinging out the arse on 87.

O2 sensors can wear out and cause the mixture to be rich which will give you bad milage without a CEL. It will only go on if the sensor fails entirely. If the knock sensor is hooked up, but not in the engine then the light would not come on either. Also that knocking would rob you of some milage too. Better get them hooked up.

It has been knocking, so it has been running hot in the combustion chamber. Get your knock sensor working and then see what happens.
