Default i need help

the GEN light stays on all the time i cant figer out why its all ways on any one know

Have you had it checked? If your check engine light is on you can go to Auto-Zone and have it checked for free. That will give back some codes from the computer that will tell you and your auto-zone dude why the light is on.

Default i tryed

auto zone said the cant find the problem the said they think its a glitch but i dont think so i dont know

Ok, you have posted two problems here and I am guessing they are related. The light will come on when the voltage is low on the alternator. You said in another post, your having trouble with the misfiring when it idles for awhile. If autozone checked the alternator and said it is fine, then the first thing to check is the belt. If that alternator doesn't turn fast enough, then it will register low voltage and turn on the light and also the battery will drain and then you will not have sufficient voltage to run your electronics. So check that belt and replace it if it is worn and adjust it up nice and tight, but not so tight it takes out the bearings on the water pump.
