Sometimes you get what you pay for, so just keep that in mind when buying a suspension for your vehicle. That being said, from my experience with my BDS lift, I'd definitely recommend their products, and you may be able to get a pretty sweet deal at a local 4x4 shop, which would eliminate the hassle of shipping. And BDS warranty is great! One of my buddies smashed up a few of his BDS parts by picking a bad line, and they replaced the parts for him without a second thought!
BDS 3 Inch Lift For ZJ BDS 4.5 Inch Lift For ZJ BDS 6.5 Inch Lift For ZJ I know you're probably not interested in the last two, but I figured I'd post 'em up anyway... Also check out Iron Rock Off Road. IRO 3.5" ZJ Lift IRO 4.5" ZJ Lift Note: I have no experience with rough country personally, but from the people I know who have had them, the all say you'll get a pretty harsh ride... Here's the sig line from a guy on our local forum: Rough Country Rubicon![]() Later.

As for Iron Rock, everything I've heard about them is positive as well. I can't say the same for Rusty's...but I've never used their products personally, so I can't really give you a fair opinion on Rusty's... Later.

We put a 3" BDS kit in my son's ZJ and it works very well. I would recommend it absolutely. Simple to install, tough, and flexes / rides well.

Rusty's isn't THAT rough if you don't use their shocks. I am running a rubicon express lift and I am using the rough country shocks (comperable to rusty's) and it rides stiff as a board, but my buddy is running the same lift with bilstein shocks and it rides great. As far as their springs go they don't ride all too bad.

For the most part springs are springs, a technology that has been mastered. Its the shocks that will get you, invest in a good set of shocks and you wont have issues.

Personally I would get one with a better frame side joint (superflex).
