Rear clunking Noise

Hey Guys and Gals,
I am having problems diagnosing a clunking noise in the rear passenger side of my 01 GC Laredo. It makes a clunk/thunk type of noise when going over even minor bumps. I have recently replaced the shocks so that is ruled out. Everything looks fine but I am no expert when looking at worn or good suspension parts. Could it be the sway bar links? The are all attached but I did not check to see if they are tight, they look like they are stock so that makes them about 9 years old.

Also any idea about a thunk from the transmission when down shifting into 2nd gear in an automatic? The tranny shifts perfect when upshifting but if you need to take your foot off the gas while just passing 2nd gear the tranny will THUNK as it passes back into 2nd.

Check your control arm bushings, coil buckits, the bolt that holds the coils down and that track bar. Make shure to grab the c a and shake it could be the bolt on the axle side.
