I use those to get rid of my rust. Just hook it to your drill and let it do the work for you. Then toss some paint over the nice clean sheetmetal. It probably won't match the surrounding color BUT it won't rust away.

So I dove into my man cave and wrestled out some naval jelly and smeared it on the rusty spot and found that it rejuvinated my steel, then I shot some primer all over it and noticed how happy it made me when I saw that it kept away that evil crusty body rot.

I am not familiar with that product so I can't honestly make a comparison.
I have used Naval Jelly several times and have had good results.
The important thing is to catch rust early before it has the chance to become cancer.
I used the naval jelly on a chip in my paint caused by a BB. The spot had started to rust and get under the surrounding paint. I followed the instruction on the bottle and had great results.
