Does anyone have and please post of the wiring diagram of right amer park and signal. also please recommend a book on this vehicle. Thanks

That came from my Factory Service Manual I have on CD

Default fuse 3 no power, book 40602 1984-01 cherokee

on pg. 6*47digram 34 top is this proper diagram, there 5 power wires with system power, plug to fuse block. no power to fuse 3. I think their corrosion or short in the fuse box. I want to be sure I'm right before I did it out. thanks, Sir
