Default Periodic moisture in the driver's side

Periodically when starting there will be water spray on my feet. Jeep has new cooling system and heater core. Not losing coolant. Only happens sporadically. Any ideas??

Need to know year and model. Pre 97s have a tendency to leak around the fuse block on the driver's side. Easy fix is to snug the four bolts down. This will many times stop the leak entirely.
