35's are gonna be tight, unless you cut up to where the tape is.

Yea, I'm hoping I trimmed enough to get by with running on the road for now.

I just need to look cool for now. I wanted to cut higher and roll the rear, but I really wanna only do it once, so I'm just trying to get by.

My initial plan was to run the stock flares, but yea....that didn't pan out.

She's ready!

Got the axle centered to within a 1/16, pulled a driveway alignment and got the toe exactly to 1/8". Changed oil, Herculinered everything that needed it, gave it a once over and greased what I could. Roof rack is off, mounts just don't jive with the rain gutter mounts anymore. I'll prob get a set of JCR mounts and work off them. The rack is beat up anyway so once I purge the garage I'll have that to mess with.

Needs a few odds and ends, wiring a light for the license plate, wipers and a washer fluid pump, color match the rims, touch up paint on drip rails and I'm sure I'll uncover more as I go.

Took it for a quick spin down my road and this thing RIPS with the 4.56s and 32s. My god I forgot how violently quick these rigs are. Need to bed the brakes in an maybe do one more gravity bleed on the system and double check the fluids but all in all she's ready to rock!!! So stoked!

The tire carrier, was is damaged, or did you have to modify it to fit?

Veddy Nice!
Just noticed you edited the tag.

So the swing arm had to be modified. The hatch profile on my 96 was flatter than the 2000. So when I went to close the tire swing the arm would hit the hatch. Just threw a dog leg in it to clear when it was closed.

This thing drives really well! Getting my 315s tossed on Wednesday, than ill paint the wheels. Gotta give the brakes a quick bleed tomorrow and were bout good. Front axle is pretty noisy but whatever, I'll pull the drive shaft and retorque the pinion nut with loctite and it'll get me by until I decide if I'm gonna upgrade it or rebuild it.

Super happy to be driving it. Tracks straight, and doesn't pull, aside from locker drift. Once I get tires mounted ill schedule an alignment that way I can see where my castor is, steering is heavy but my return to center is spot on.

So far I couldn't be happier!!!!

It feels great! Its such a raw vehicle compared to my 2016 ram. Bouncy, loud, quirky, I love it!!!

It's stupid quick on these tires and 32s, Speedo is way off tho. For the amount im gonna drive it im just goin go 315 70 17s and ill make em work. I already have them so it saves me from buying tires. Plus these tires on it are shot.

I'm sure once I get the locker pulled and front axle sortedout it'll drive much better. I forgot how much I hated this thing.

Anyone want to trade a locker for spider gears? Lol
