Looks like fun though. Was in Orlando area last spring. Pretty much sand everywhere. Looks the same there where you were

Every area in the country is different, and has different challenges. The only place we have sand is at the coast and beaches of large lakes

So I bought a few new things that I have to weld together. I ordered a new bumper and front fender armor with flares.

I've been considering one of the JCR bumpers. What do you plan to coat the flares with?

The armor will be probably be painted with either black bedliner or hammered black. Also I sent the link to the bumper I got.

Some guys got their dedicated go-to for paint product, but just to throw this out there:
I always use VHT Rollbar and Chassis. It's high temp resistance saves it from fading in the sun and has proven itself to me as far as its durability. It also lays evenly when respraying to touch up. Also self priming, but I usually use an etching primer on bare metal.

I haven't done much to my Jeep lately. Just looking around it today. I did get my 8.8 and gear set and lockers for front and rear sitting on the table waiting on time

Did you account for the fact that there is a curve to that section of the body?
