I always do my alignments myself to make sure they're done right. Toe in 1/8". Track bar does have a little play on the frame side (doing a dry steer test). Axle side is all good.

Changed out the original tie rod ends, wheel bearings and hubs, axle u-joints, ball joints and axle seals. Diff fluid front and rear was metal shavings free to my surprise. Hopefully the new ones...

This is wrong. TJ front coils lift an XJ the same amount.

Flushing the core is easy and inexpensive. Replacing it and it might be cheaper to sell the Jeep, unless you DIY and have a lot of time on your hands.
