Hi y'all I have a 1995 jeep cherokee xj and I'm having trouble finding out why my #9 10 amp fuse keeps blowing I have had my radio out and the windows work and locks work and dome lights work but as soon as u use the passenger door to lock or unlock or use the window it blows that fuse any help would be good

check your wiring that goes through the door boot. the wires are thin and deteriorate and break over time.

can you put a volt meter in the fuse and see how high the amps are spiking? A pervious owner make have run a screw through a wire. The passenger door lock motor could be seized.. My Jeep doesn't have power anything, But I attached the wiring schematics for the locks and windows. other stuff uses the same fuse.
