Have a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo With 53,000 miles. About a week and half ago noticed flickering in the headlights and interior lights. The gauge area was fine. Later in the week worsened and was very noticeable. I noticed the battery voltage gauge would fluctuate from 14volts to 17 volts when it was happening. Sometimes it doesn’t! I took it today to get both alternator and battery checked and battery was never replaced and wasn’t in best shape so i swapped out. Problem still persisted but he said alternator was charging fine! I checked the belt and was tight and looks good. Checked connections by fuse box and all good. I don’t think it’s thw light switch box! Idk you hat to do next! The problem only occurs when car is in motion or on but parked. When car is off and ignition is in acc is does not occur! Looked for answers online but nothing concrete. Anyone out there that can lead me in some direction! I don’t want to dump money if i don’t have some good leads!
