can there be that much of a difference?...if the front axle has 3.73s...can i run 3.90s in the back and be safe..or is that a lot of difference...im thinking it is....but want to make sure since i cant seem to find the ratios for the rear

The maximum safe difference is 4%...

3.73 vs. 3.90 is a 9.56% difference so no go...

Nope dont do it, you would be better off in the long run if you waited until you had matching ratio's.
