Has any one ever put a 1996 cherokee 4.0 in a 1991 yj 2.4?

Not specifically, but I have converted a 98 TJ. You will have to have everything, motor, tranny, tcase from the YJ and computer and wiring. You will also need the 4.0 radiator and the fan set up for the water pump since the XJ fan is off set
