Time to repalce that weak D30 / D35 or ditch your IFS. Here's your base to build off of: 78 Ford Bronco D44 axle housing with open carrier, yoke and unknown gears. Plug welds loose on the long tube side. I would have re-welded it if I didn't have three axles.
