When I start jeep, dash works for 10 seconds or so. Then all gauges go to zero. Dash lights go off, door windows & power locks do not work
Sometimes, after raising rpms for a few minutes, gauges will work. Then go off again.
I replaced alternator, batt & checked all fuses
What else would you recommend?

check the connections on the back of the instrument cluster. Try smacking the dash when they go out. If they come back, then it is that plug in the back. Clean all terminals and then try it.
