87-90 renix version are bored to 60mm.

91-95 HO without the map nipple is bored to 62mm

96-06 with the map nipple is bored to 62mm

05-06 TJ (manual version) is bored to 62mm


$130 shipped for the renix

$125 shipped for any other model.

Renix era motors have different throttle bodies. They’re just the two different TBs used on XJs

Renix’s bore diameter is 52mm. I bore it out to 60mm that’s the maximum size it can be bored out to..

The benefits is that the engine can breathe better with more air flow through it.

When the engine was updated in 1991, Chrysler increased the throttle body bore bigger. I’m only doing the same for renix era.
