Welcome to the forum. The best year to buy generally is 98-99 due to engine performance and having the Chrysler 8.25 rear end with large axle shafts. Stay away from the antilock brakes, they don't work all that well and have the small size Dana 35 axle. Full time or part time 4WD are both OK
