Just thought I would throw up a quick review on the Cooper AT3 tire now that I have been running them through all 4 seasons here.

Heat, Cold, Rain, Mud, Snow and Ice.

Over the past 5 years I have run:

BFG KM1 muds
BFG All-Terrain
Wild Country AT
Uniroyal AT
Cooper AT3

I have to say I'm on the fence between the Coopers and the BFG AT's, very happy with both. But, the Cooper's definitely take the trophy home for their handling in rain and on the ice.

While it's pretty much guaranteed you're going to slip on ice with any tire, I'm really impressed with how well the AT3's have managed to take corners in rain and on ice, and keep me off the curb with the ice sheets that form in the road gutterways.

The AT3's ride very quiet and have been wearing well, so far. Mind you I'm only a few months in, but still find that I have gotten my moneys worth and more.

That's all for now

I have experienced both, in both new and worn states, and Im here to tell you the Coopers are quieter, especially when worn. I hated the BFGs after they had gotten worn (and worn smoothly, not bad).
