Hey guys....and gals,

I wanted to get some contact information out to you in regards to customer service issues.

If you have an issue with an order that you placed from 4WD, please contact customer service. If needed, they will get you back to your original salesperson or do whatever else is needed to take care of you.

Our number is 800-333-5535 press 5 for customer service.

If, after calling, you feel you are not getting the information you need or being helped to your satisfaction, please contact me and I will be happy to help as best as I can. I only bring this to your attention because I have been receiving numerous requests for order status, tracking info and so on....these are all things that can be accomplished with a call to customer service or even online (tracking info.). Due to accessibility issues with orders I do not create, I have to wait my turn for a customer service agent just as if I were you on the phone. This means a delayed response because this is a slower process than if you were to call in on your own. I understand that customer service can be “backed up” at times leading to an extended hold, so to help combat this, please try customer service in the morning hours (8-12 eastern), as this is the slowest time of day for that department.

I appreciate your understanding in this matter.

I wanted to clear things up:

....I am just being honest with everybody. I have been getting bogged down with requests and questions for orders for other salespeople. This has caused major delays in responding to PM's, emails, calls and tech help for MY OWN customers. Rest assured I am here to help where I can with major issues, but I am not a supervisor or the like so there is only so much I can do.

Some people just don't understand that there's other customers besides them. Consumers need to get over themselves, man.
