I was bored at work and looking into these Powertrax no slip lockers and came across this current thread documenting one jeeper's very unfortunate experience with this locker. First one exploded, second one cracked after a week, third was cracked out of the box!

This kind of thing is a good reminder to carefully inspect your parts both before and after installation!

Holy crap talk about bad luck. Ive had many lunchbox lockers including 2 no slips counting the one in my current jeep. Never had an issue.

I haven't had any problems with mine. I can relate to the binding at stop signs. I'm thinking either he had it in 4 WD ( no idea why) or he didn't have the proper clearance in the gears.
